We do more than just schedule the project and walk away, we also monitor it for any fluctuations and forecast potential delays ahead of time. Utilizing our collaborative software we can handle any scheduling needs from the office or the job site
ON SITE - ON TIME
Job site performance is carefully overseen by our team. Quality, safety, and timeliness are of the upmost importance and our thorough supervision ensures each project meets our expectations.

We don't just oversee our projects we also self perform work in a variety of areas, with licensed in-house team members and seasoned trades we are proud to bring value to our customers through self performance.
IN-HOUSE TRADES
We coordinate subcontractors, construction deliveries, site access and the delivery of our customers furnishings and equipment on a daily basis
COORDINATION
Plans change, we get it. If you need to change an aspect of your project, be it the color of a wall or an entire suite of flooring we will provide the cost and any timeline changes for your quick approval. Our online software allows you to approve, reject or ask us to modify any proposed change at the click of a button.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Our quality expectations must be met in all aspects of our projects, we do this by consistently reviewing on ongoing work and labor performance.
QUALITY CONTROL
Daily logs ensure proper documentation of safety guidelines, work schedules, and weather delays. These logs are essential to each project as they allow our whole team to have insight into each projects performance on a daily basis.
PROJECT LOGGING
Each subcontractor and supplier carries insurance that meets our stringent guidelines. Their policies are kept up-to-date with our office and we are informed of any policy changes or cancellations via their agents. This requirement helps ensure each key player in a project is protected.

Our portfolio includes extensive work in medical professional buildings and medical offices such as eye care centers and dental offices. We are experts in this kind of construction and understand the importance of perfection when it comes to specific code requirements and the differing requirements of different healthcare code inspections. We take pride in the work we've accomplished within the healthcare industry and the relationships built with many medical equipment suppliers.
Veterinary
Through our work with Blue Springs Animal Hospital, Aid Animal Hospital, and Companion Animal Dentistry we've found our work experience in human healthcare translates well with veterinary construction. There are similar requirements and we have learned what unique requirements animal care buildings need in order to best serve their animal population. We aren't just contractors, we're also animal lovers. Our office dog, Dozer is featured right here on our website and occasionally makes appearances in our social media posts!
Our contracted projects come available with an online Client Portal where clients and their chosen representatives can view project information right on their computers, phones, or tablets. They can view site photos, send messages to our team, and view the project schedule any time. Depending on the project RFIs, submittals and even change orders can be accessed through the online Client Portal. This is no charge to our customers, but we do discuss the use of the client portal prior to implementation for each project because we understand each project is different and the key decision makers may prefer to handle documentation the traditional way.
